Tom Pallant’s ‘Yungblud: Idols’ Photography Exhibition Coming to London in November

Tom Pallant's black-and-white look at Yungblud's 'Idols' era hits London November 20th-22nd. Admission is free.

‘Yungblud: Idols’, photographer Tom Pallant‘s exhibition documenting Yungblud‘s latest era, will be in London November 20th through 22nd at Union Pacific, 17 Goulston Street, in the city’s East End. Admission is free. The show is presented by Behind The Gallery, a pop-up gallery dedicated to music photography and popular culture.

The gallery will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, November 20th, and Saturday, November 21st, and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, November 22nd. Friday’s program includes an album playback at 6:30 p.m., and Pallant will give an artist talk on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. Limited-edition archival prints on Hahnemühle fine art paper, hand-signed by Pallant, will be available to buy at the gallery. Prices have not been announced.

The black-and-white photographs follow the full ‘Idols’ cycle: the writing and recording of the album, its release and the live shows where those songs were played. Many of the images have never been shown publicly. The exhibition made its world debut in January in Sydney’s Newtown neighborhood, days before Yungblud kicked off his Australian tour.

“Being able to bring this show to London and share the ‘Idols’ world at home is going to be super special,” Pallant said. “I’m hoping people are able to view ‘Idols’ as a whole project and see the journey we all went on.” Stephen Dallimore, creative director of Behind The Gallery, added, “It’s very rare that one photographer can tell an artist’s world like Tom can with Yungblud.”

Pallant is a British photographer and creative director who works across live music, portraiture and video. He has won the Abbey Road Music Photography Awards three times, in 2023, 2024 and 2026. As Yungblud’s longtime photographer and creative director, he has shaped much of the singer’s visual identity and documented his shows around the world. He has also worked with Blur, The Cure and The Hives.

‘Idols’ came out in June 2025 and debuted at No. 1 on the U.K. albums chart, Yungblud’s fourth chart-topper there. In February, he released ‘Idols II’, with six new songs. That same month, he won the Grammy for Best Rock Performance for his live version of Black Sabbath‘s ‘Changes’, recorded at Villa Park during ‘Back to the Beginning’, Ozzy Osbourne‘s farewell concert in Birmingham in July 2025.
