Sharon Osbourne Says Ozzfest 2027 Lineup Is Half Booked

Sharon Osbourne says Ozzfest 2027's lineup is 50 percent booked and reveals two unreleased Ozzy songs made with Andrew Watt.

The Ozzfest 2027 lineup is 50 percent booked, Sharon Osbourne told Hits Daily Double. Sharon, who launched the festival with Ozzy Osbourne in 1996, said she hopes to bring the same lineup to all three of this edition’s dates, including the September 11th show at Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California, one of the venues from Ozzfest’s first run. Asked whether the bill would be the same at each stop, she replied: “I hope so. For me, it’d be a lot less work.”

Ozzfest returns on July 10th at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes, England, followed by San Bernardino and, on September 18th, Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City, the festival’s first Mexico edition. No artists have been confirmed yet. “Early Bat” presales began Friday, November 6th, at 10 a.m. local time for each event.

Sharon said the fan response has been “unbelievable” and that reviving the festival is about keeping her late husband’s name alive. Ozzy died in July 2025. “Ozzy’s no longer with us, but his legacy is still here,” she said. “I want to do it for my grandchildren. It’s his legacy, and I want it to go on and on.”

She also addressed unreleased material. “There are two songs Ozzy did for his movie project with Andrew Watt,” she said. The songs are intended for the biopic about Ozzy and Sharon’s relationship being developed with Sony Pictures, which she said is on its fourth script and will cover 1978 to 1996, from the end of Ozzy’s first run in Black Sabbath to the creation of Ozzfest. No release date has been set for the film or the songs.

Sharon also noted that “there are Sabbath tapes that went missing years ago — studio tapes, live tapes, unreleased tapes.”
